High accuracy HPS2523 resistance tester with four-probe test probe

HPS2523 is an economic type of coated sheet resistance tester and can easily measure the plastic film, metal coated box resistance (per square centimeter resistance value) instrument. The instrument is equipped with a special structure design of the four probes, making the test pressure constant, the contact reliable; and it can analyze the quality of thin film metallization in more detail .
