Main features and usages of the machine
1.The machine adopts plate welded construction, eliminate the stress, with good rigidity and stability;

Components and constructions of the machine
1.Frame:Plate welded construction, with good rigidity and stability. Two oil cylinders are fixed on the two upper sides of the machine, and drive the blade carrier move up and down. There is secondary blade carrier on the working table for slightly adjusting the lower blade carrier. Also there are balls on the working table, and it makes the operation much easy.
The guider of upper blade carrier is rolling one. And the pre-bending spring fixed on the supporting axis eliminate the guider clearance. It improves the accuracy of the machine.
2.Adjustment of blade clearance
The supporting roller fixed on the blade carrier is eccentric shaft. You can adjust it and let the blade carrier moves forward and backward to adjust the blade carrier.
There is dial fixed on the machine. The dates on the dial are the thickness of the shearing plate. Users can read the numbers on it and choose a correct one.
3.Press cylinder
It consists of a set of cylinders fixed on the beam in the front of the beam. When the oil enters into the pressure cylinder, the pressure head press down after overcoming the spring, and tighten the plate. It reset by the spring after it shearing the plate. Pressure reduce or increase according to the thickness of the plate.
4.Front and back gauge
Front gauge: It is fixed on the working table, and indicates by ruler. And it can be adjusted by the moveable block on the left and right of the carrier frame to meet the needed values.
Back gauge: It is fixed on the lower position of the upper blade carrier beam, and moves up and down according to the upper blade carrier. The adjustment of back gauge is driving by motor. Press the button “+”or“-” to adjusting the back gauge. The back gauge is showed by the numerical display on the left side of the beam.
The range of back gauge is 20-580mm.
5.Hydraulic system: It consists of control valves, oil pump, oil cylinder, pressure cylinder, return cylinder and so on.
6.Electric: It consists of electric control box, center connecting wires, contreo face plate, motors, foot trample and so on.
