(How to use:

1. Lift up the upper plate by turning the supporting pole counterclockwise with lever handle.

2. Insert the material between upper and base plate.

3. Place the padding at opposite side of base plate tp make upper plate horizontally.

4. Fasten the plates by turning the supporting pole clockwise.

5. Insert the punching die into the hole and strike the die head.
