1: The steam hose use teflon inside tube , it can bear 6kg pressure ,  common used length of steam hose is 2.5M, 3.0M, 3.5M, and 5M . We also can provide whatever length you want.

 

2: Total 3 layers. Inner layer made by PTFE material , Middle layer made by steel.  Outter layer made by strong fabric.  Outter diameter is 9.50mm, Inner diameter of the teflon tube is 4.5mm, thickness of the inner tube is 1mm.

 

3: We have 2 grade material of inside teflon tube , Grade A use pure PTFE , Grade B use Secondary PTFE.   Pure PTFE has best performance ,    Secondary PTFE  has much low price.

 

4: We also can provide other kind of teflon hose base on customer's requirement. such as make the outter and innner diameter bigger or smaller , use 304 stainless steel instead of common steel, use pure copper connector instead of steel connector ........
