Description and Work Principle:
Sucker rod pump is used for extract oil underground, it is connected to the sucker rod and drive by pumping unit to move up and down.
In the uper stroke, the plunger is on the bottom of the tubing pump. Because the hydraulic pressure from the uper tubing, both up and traveling valves will close, When the plunger go up, the stationary valve open and oil will go through the pump, since the bottom pressure is higher than the uper pressure, then the fluid will be forced to go through the stationary valve and flow into the tubing.
In the down stroke,the traveling valve open and the presure drive the oil go into the plunger from the side hole of the extractor, then go into the tubing,
Testing:
1, Conform to API Spec 11AX
2, All the accessories of the sucker rod pump conform to the API standard and the drawing.
3, Test the stroke whether is suitable or not and traveling valve
4, move the plunger back and forth to test whether can move fast, smooth or not
5, all the materials conform to the drawing and request.
