• Before shipping, the QC will check the cuting, size, color, quality, quantity to make sure we will shipping the cubic zirconia you ordered.
• We will send you the tracking number by email within 3 days after shipping.
• After received cubic zirconia , please contact with us within 3 days if there's any problem, we will protect the legal rights of the client fully.
• Some of these cubic zirconia stones are tiny, smaller than grains of sand. The stones are measured by diameter
• If you buy very small stones please be sure you have the right size because some people have been surprised by how small 1mm looks. Any Problem caused by FAULT SIZE choose by customer, We won't take response.
