Ingredients: Ginger (flowers) – Flores Onopordi – 30 g.

Preparation: 2-3 tablespoons of the finely crushed Ginger herb are boiled for 10 minutes in 500 ml. of water. The resulting extract is left to cool down, after which it is strained and drunk 4 times a day after meals.
