1. The steel rod is made in speial alloy steel and can keep the hardness at HRC65+/-1.5; and the hardness of the surface is
HV940 after special electroplating.
2. The fine surface of the steel rod prevents from the blade be damaged when sharpening. And the sharpening will be much
efficient.
3. There are three kinds of quality:General cut/Standard cut/Specific cut. The general cut rod is popular for
daily use and majorly be used to match with knife set as a basic sharpening tool. The standard cut rod is product of
medium grade. The filaments is about 300-350 rings and the fine surface of the rod will not damage
the blades when sharpening.The Specific cut rod is the exclusive design of our company. The filament is high,
up to 500 rings or more.
Cleaning Method:
Take some cleaning liquid to wash the body of rod after using for some times. Rinse thoroughly under faucet and be sure to wipe dry completely after washing and hang in a cool place to air-dry.
