Installation Instructions

1. Before Installation

Open the package, please look over whether the part number is correct and whether accessories complete, if not, please contact your distributor for further assistance;

Choose correct SIM card, a SIM card will be needed to insert into the terminal, please consult distributors options for further use;

Install SIM card, SIM card slot On the terminal back, take out the SIM card slot cover, insert the SIM card, then put the cover back to terminal;

Please Note:

Power off before SIM card operations;

Please make sure that the SIM card has enough credit;

Special GPRS data SIM Card suggested (GSM network only);

2. Installation

The terminal is a high-tech LBS positioning device, choose distributor suggested professional installation company, mechanic to install and set-up;

Please follow the terminal installation order, DO NOT REVERSE, during the installation, DO NOT POWER UP THE TERMINAL;Suggest install in hidden places;

Please Note:

In order to keep it from theft’s damage, hidden place installation suggested;

Please avoid to install along with or near transmitter, ie: Reversing radar, other anti-theft vehicle terminals;

Use ribbons to fasten the terminal, or strong double-faced adhesive tape;

The GSM’ signal receiving side shall face the sky, and no shield materials to block the signal, ie: metal; Also it shall avoid to interfere signals, 2 antennas separate installation suggested;

Installation place suggested:

Within front decorated board under windshield;

Under Dashboard (avoid metal cover);

Within back decorated board under windshield;

Please Note:

Any metal heat shield layer or heating layer will reduce the signal of GSM signal, it may cause GSM function failure, please adjust the installation place;

3. Motor Wiring Instruction

Connect to 12V motor battery, red cable to battery positive (DC+), Black cable to battery negative (GND).

4. Electric Bike Wiring Instruction

The electric bike’s voltage usually is between 48-60V,4 set in the battery, each set is 12V,Please open the battery box, connecting the wires, ,red cable to battery positive (DC+), Black cable to battery negative (GND).

Please Note:

Usually the electric bike voltage is 48V, and at high speed status, the voltage can reach 80V high, which can burn the device easily, so please do connect with 1 or 2 sets of battery in battery box and each set is 12V, which to ensure the safe use of device.

Terminal parameters settings

1. Emergency Alarm receive Number Binding

Send SMS: #711#Emergency Alarm receive Number #0000#1##

By replying Config OK to confirm.

2. Location Enquiry SMS

Send SMS: 6660000to terminal, it will reply the terminal current geography location

Send SMS: 8880000 to Terminal, it will reply the terminal current location with a google map hyperlink.

3. Vibration Alarm Settings

A. Send SMS: 7810000, phone call alarm when triggered.

B. Send SMS: 7820000, SMS alarm when triggered.

C. Send SMS: 7800000, shut down the vibration alarm.

When the vibration alarm detection on, and if it detects several vibrations, it will trigger the alarm system, and alarm the emergency alarm receive cellphone number by SMS or phone calls, meanwhile, it will upload alarm information to the web portal system.

When the vibration alarm off, it won’t send alarms.

4. Main Power Cut Off Alarm(optional)

After the power cable connected to device been cut off, the device will send a SMS alarm to the emergency alarm receive cellphone number and meanwhile send information to web portal system.

5. Password Modification

Send SMS: # 770#New password(4 digits) #Presious password(4 digits)##

e.g.: #770#1111#0000##

Initial password is 0000

New password is 1111

Device default password is 0000

Web Portal System Monitoring

If you already have a login account and password information, you can login our platform directly, or please contact your distributor and ask them to open you an account and provide you the password.Input the address link in your computer browser, input the account and password, then login to your service platform.

About the use method of platform, please ask your distributor for Service Platform User Manual.

Trouble Shooting

Device first use, if it cannot connect to web portal server, and it show not positioned or offline in web portal system, check the installation please, if hardware checking is not available, please call the device and detect the status by rings or notifications.

If it cannot get through, it says device is out of service or cannot get through.

It may be caused by no GSM signal or GSM signal weak, drive the motor or bike to signal rich area.

If it cannot get through, it says device is out of service due to balance low or credit low.SIM card credit low, go to the telecom operator and charge money to the SIM card.

If it can get through, and you can hear beebeebee sound.Check out if the SIM card with GPRS service, if not open it.
