4) Permissible bending radius:
Single core: ≥20(d+D)±5%.
Three-core:≥15(d+D)±5%(D is the actual overall diameter of cable, and d is the actual overall diameter of conductor).
Detailed Description
Cross-linked PVC insulation power cable not only has excellent electric and mechanical properties, but also has powerful resistance against chemical corrosion, heat-aging and environmental stress. Its structure is simple and can be used conveniently and also can be laid with no restriction of different levels. The long term operating temperature is 700C, and its transmission capacitance is large.
Our company can produce both flame retardant and non-flame retardant series of PVC power cables. Our products can be produced according to our works specifications which are equivalent to GB12706, IEC60502, IEC60332, IEC60754, and its some indexes are superior to standards as stated above..
The flame-retardant cable covers all kinds of low-smoke, free-halogen, low-smoke halogen free and three classes of A, B, C. For laying indoor, tunnel, underground and canal. Able to bear external mechanical pulling force , but unable to bear large pulling force.
