including “after-sales service standards", "customer satisfaction investigation program" and "after-sales  service  management  detailed rules".  Service personnel to the scene carry service in addition to technical data, but also the necessary documents form: “product field operation record", "after-sales  service  receiving report",  "customer satisfaction questionnaire" and "after-sales  service  personnel  work  record",  after the service customers  will in the above four form  signed  and sealed by confirmed,  and back to submit to the service center for statistical analysis and filed for the record.
