FAQ

Q: How to do with it if we forget router's username and password?

A: The only thing you can do is reboot the router, that is, press the “Reset” button on the back of

the router and hold it for 5 seconds plus, the restart routines get work at a time when the indicator

glitters. After reset the router, all the configuration and parameter you set up before would be swept

away as default. And the login information is reset as “admin”.

Q: Why cannot connect to the Internet?

1. Pls confirm the router’s name you wanna connect to is same as the SSID.

2. Pls make sure the connection among devices and the router within the signal coverage.

3. Pls confirm whether the router is locked on. If yes, pls check the wireless card and encryption

settings of wireless router are consistent.

4. If the router still cannot connect to the Internet, pls reset the router or contact our support

team.

Q: Why computers cannot receive any signals?

1. Pls make sure that wireless card driver is successfully installed and wireless switch is open.

2. Check whether the laptop wireless service is open. In the Windows XP system, for example, right-

click on the "My Computer" on the desktop, then select the "Management". Choose "Services and

Applications" in the computer management and check the “Wireless Zero Configuration" status in the

"Services"page. If the status is open, pls double click it to set the startup type as "Start

Automatically".

3. If the router still cannot connect to the Internet, pls reset the router or contact our support

team.
