2)Length:no limit(usually according to container size)

Polycarbonate Material:

1) Frame: top-quality and high intensity aluminum alloy frame , Surface
after electrophoresis spray coating and high durable oxidation
resistance. 

 

2)Sun shield

Polycarbonate solid sheet produced by 100% virgin  LEXAN/GE/SABIC/BAYER. It has following advantages

A. High impact resistance . Its general strength is about 200 times of glass with same thickness.

 

B. UV resistance .There is a UV blocking layer on the surface of
polycarbonate solid sheet, which can filter about 98% ultraviolet
radiation ,so it can protect paint of your car well .

 

C. Good weather resistance. The polycarbonate sheet  work at temperature range -40°C--120°C and won’t change its features.

 

D.Good heat insulation. The big rise of inside temperature could be
shielded by shed panels (In the direct sunlight, the inside temperature
could reach 60 degrees Celsius above, which can be effectively reduced
to around 37 degrees Celsius after the installation of carports). also
has the being flame-resistant effect.
