Introduction

DCZ75 series high speed flatbed digital cutter is the AOKE new developed cutting system for the industries as packaging, printing, ads, display etc. It has two independent module design, very good expansibility and exchangeable tools. It equips versatile tools as vibrating knife, creasing wheel, drag knife, V cut knife, which can cut the materials up to 60mm thick, and capable with many kind of materials such as corrugated paper, honeycomb board, card paper, foam, grey board, KT board, PVC expansion. DCZ75 machine takes the whole new table design of steel frame and the table vacuum zone, which enables the stronger suction and more stable mechanical properties. Thanks to the auto tool height system, it makes the machine smarter, just by pressing one key then the tool depth can be set automatically, therefore avoid the overcut of the table.

4	39 Degree Drag knife	Used to cut materials within 3mm thick. Cutting materials:paperboard, Kraft paper, gray board,offset board, self-adhesive paper and compound materials, E corrugated etc.
5	Special knife	Used to cut materials within 2mm thick cutting materials:paperboard, Kraft paper, gray board,offset board and self-adhesive paper,etc.
6	Foam knife	Used to cut foam and other soft materials less than 60mm thick.
7	V cut knife	Used for making V groove on the Honeycomb board and grey board
8	Grey board V cut knife	Used to making V groove on the grey board to make the gift box.
9	Double edge knife	Mainly for the thick and hard materials such as grey board, PP etc.
*10	30 degree knife	Mainly for the hard material such as carbon gasket, gasket, ruber, grey board, PP etc.	Option
