ORC SCREW expander power generators employ world-leading Rankine Cycle power generation technology that gives isentripic efficiency of as much as 85% for their expander unit such as to achieve net power generation of 135KW under conditions of 2.57 tons per hour,100? saturated steam and 20 °C cooling water. Organic medium in the unit undergoes rankine cycling in a sealed interior. It absorbs heat from high-temperature source and release heat to low-temperature source, thereby generating shaft power. The products require relatively low conditions to operate and hence are suitable for recovering energy from low-grade heat source.
The wide range of flow and differential pressure make the kaishan screw steam expander power generators cover a very wide range of applications. It has high power generation efficiency within steam flow 1-20 t/h and the diferential pressure 0.15-2.5 Mpa for a sigle expander. With 0.5 Mpa and 1 ton/hr of saturated steam, the Kaishan Screw steam expander with ORC screw expander has a net generating capacity of at least 102kw, not only muh higher than that of steam turbine set, but also higher when compared to any similar productsat nome and abroad.
