Fujikura is pleased to announce that we release CT-05 series cleaver globally Oct. 2012.

The CT-05 series is an inexpensive alternative to CT-30, specialty designed for single fiber cleaving.

Accessories and components inside / design were thoroughly examined to achieve the best possible cost

This also uses "conventional" circular blade system used in CT-30 series for more stable performance in dusty condition, which "flat diamond blade" system used in.

The CT-05 series gains pricing competitiveness in kit pricing for FSM-60S/18S/11S single fiber splicer range, but also for connector / optical components market, which massive cleaving opportunity exists.
