Sausage Filler Sausage Production Line

   

Structure: Hopper, pump body, frame part, twister and elevator. All these parts are made 

from SUS304 stainless steel which meat the international healthy demands.

 

Control: PLC touch screen, Servo drive system.

 

Application: Vacuum Filler could be used to quantitative fill and twist of animal casing, 

collagen casing, LuLu Lindsay casing etc. It also fit for quantitative filling of all kinds 

of fluid. Connected with kinds of clippers, Vacuum Filler could be used to manufacture 

different kinds of sausage and ham. 

Feature: Filling under vacuum condition, quantitative filling, wear and tear of blades will 

be renewed automatically.
