Hydraulic lift tumbler is composed of frame,tumbling system and hydraulic system. From frame to inner-barrel adopts SUS304 stainless steel.

Feature:
1. Hydraulic lift tumbler is an over-and-under type tumbler. The refrigeration system is composed of outer-barrel, and blade part. Large refrigeration area, fast cooling speed.
2. Products could be tumbled at any angle during over-and-under range. U-shape paddle prevent damage to large size meat.
3. Mirror polish treatment to the inner-barrel, it reduces friction between products and inner-barrel. Easy to do the cleaning work. It is to operate with outfeed guide plate.
4. YGR2700 can adopt brine refrigeration system or other refrigeration system according to clients' demands.
