air classifier working principle:
Materials were put into air classifier through feeder. When worked by grading vortex force, materials will be divided into coarse and fine ones. Fine ones that meet the requirement will be collected into fine power system. Coarse powder and agglomerates fall into secondary wind-in place again, in which the materials will be rinsed strongly by screw centrifugal updraft caused by cascade. Then materials will be divided into coarse and fine ones again. Followed with updraft, fine ones will be sorted again. Then coarse powders will fall into first wind-in place and be rinsed strongly by airflow. Therefore the coarse powders will be discharged out. Horizontal classifier can cut vertex precisely. It assures that no unusually large particles will mix into fine ones. Meanwhile, coarse powders can be enough rinsed. This classifier can classify with high accuracy, efficiency and fineness.
Process:
Negative pressure caused by induced draft fan will bring the materials into classifier. Fine powders after classification will be put into collector and then be filtered. After being filtered, clean air will be discharged out.
This machine works under negative pressure, no ingredient lost. Coarse powder will go out through discharged valve blow.
