Yueming lighting factory have more than 8 experience in flashlight field. We have more than 100 kinds of plastic reflector. Our optical engineers, with five years of experience, have the ability to design the reflector as customer's require. All our reflectors are made from RAW plastic without recycle material so that have excellent performance.

Q1. How can we start a project?

A: 1. Let us know your requirement, such as LED type, reflector dimensions.

     2. Our engineers will try to choose the right reflector from catalog.

     3.Get sample and try it on your product.

     Or if we don't have the right model, we can design a new reflector for you.

     2. Pay for samples abd engineer design the reflector for you. And make some aluminum reflector samples for you to test.

     3. After your confirm, pay for the mould and we make mould for you. Will take about 30-40 days. And send you some samples after we finish it.

     4. Confirm the mould, and pay for the reflector. Then we mass produce reflectors  for you.

Q2. What about the lead time?

A: If we need to make a new mould for you, it will take about 40 days to prepare the mould. Reflector mass production quantity is about 3000pcs per day.

Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for reflector order?

A: Yes, 1000pcs is our plastic reflector MOQ.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 5-10 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

Q5. Is it OK to print my logo on product?

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q6: Do you offer guarantee for the products?

A: Yes, we will sent you 1% more than your order to replace imperfections .
