Processing Capacity

Up to 120 Birds per Hour with 4 Pallets Meat Storage capacity at Chilling Room.

The Unit divided in 4 parts ; 1st Dirty Compartment, 2nd Clean Compartment, 3rd Chilling Room, 4th Mechanical Area. The unit is equipped with a Water Storage, Hot water geyser, Cold room, Pressure Washer, Sewage Collection Tank, all machinery & equipments for Dirty Compartment and Clean processing  compartment and tools to allow for fully self-contained operation. Process product chilling immediately after processing at Chilling Unit.
