1.Generator: IGBT module using authentic imported German Siemens. IGBT module has a conventional damage protection, besides, install temperature sensing element , increase over thermal protection.Resonant capacitor use military quality goods.

2 sensor:

2.1 Induction loop is elliptical, easy to implement push steel plate and continuous heating. According to various of work pieces, use different induction coil to meet productivity. Different of density for induction coil can obtain different temperatures in different parts of the steel plate.

2.2 Install water temperature switch for water cooling system of generator and induction coils .the generator water temperature exceeds 45 ℃, the sensor temperature exceed 75 ℃, automatic shutdown machine for protection.Using transparent water hose, easy to observe the water flow situation.

2.3 Induction coils use thickness of 1mm, inner diameter greater than 8 (mm) of soft copper, all internal is bending to reduce welding joints. Inlet and outlet water must be two-way, to prevent vaporization burst burns operator.

2.4 Sensor tie lining with high temperature materials (refractory cement), plus a stainless steel tube through the water runway, resistant temperature 1200 ℃

3. Besides generator control panel, increase a set of operating system outside generator, easy for operator observe temperature and handling equipment.

Becasue steel plate 4 mm, too thin, SCR medium frequency machine or high frequency tube machine ( has a thousands of voltage ,high risk) both are not suitable. IGBT type high frequency induction heating machine is the most suitable.
