2.What’s your MOQ? Can I mix styles and colors?

For customized style,we usually require MOQ for 500pcs per model per color.If you have to mix styles and colors,the price may be slightly higher than that of one color one modal.

3.What’s the delivery time?

For products we have in stock,we can ship it within 3 days after receiving your payment based on 50pcs. For custom order, quantity within 1000pcs,production time is 30-45 days after confirm with every details.

4.What is your packing based on the price you quoted?

The price we quoted is based on Bubble bag and white paper bag then export carton that we normally use.

Yes,we can make the logo for you.usually the logo can be marked on dial,case back,crown or buckle,depending on customer’s interest.If you have to print or mark any logo,please let us know so we can figure out the cost for you.

5.What about the warranty?

We are very confident in our products,and we pack them very well,so usually you will receive your order in good condition,but you avoid any subsequent trouble regarding quality issue,we suggest that you check the watches once you receive them,and let us know the details if there is any demaged ones,so that we can deal with it accordingly and immediately.

6.To what depth are your watches water resistant?

Our watches are water resistant to 30,50,100,120,150,200 or 300meters,depending on the type of watch,please keep in mind that a watch water resistance can be permanently guaranteed.It may notably be affected by the ageing of gaskets or by an accidental shock to the case.

7 .How to use the watches to ensure they continue to work for many years?

Please avoid putting your watch from magnetic fileds,shocks,or chemicals.
