Process

material Hopper Dryer and Auto charger → pp pipe extruder → marking line extruder → mould → calibrator → vacuum calibration tank → spray cooling water tank →  printer → haul-off → cutter → pipe discharging rack

 

Description

   pp multilayers pipe extrusion machine is co-extruding production line.  The line is composed by single screw extruder , multilayers pipe mould ,vacuum calibrator ,cooling tank ,haul off machine ,cutter ,stacker ,belling machine and so on .
