3 Press the Cup’s mouth to your skin and release;

4 Straight-lines, circles, zigzag - move it smoothly, using both hands.

 

 4-week Starting Session:

· Use a very light suction to provide some drainage until your skin is elasticized enough;

· Exercise massage for about 5 to 10 minutes on the treating area;

· Massage yourself every time you are having your shower/bath (or do so at least 3 times a week) during four weeks.

 

1-week Monthly Maintaining Session:
