Product Description

Replacement Blu Ray drive for KES 410 FAT for PS3 Consoles (twin diode laser). This drive fits the 40gb machines. To check 100% if this is the drive you need please turn your old drive upside down. The cable that runs from the drive to the console itself should have a width of 1 inch.

If your Fat for PS3 is not reading disks, taking an age to load or not accepting disks at all then a replacement drive should fix these problems.

Please note that you need to swap the logic board board from your old blu ray drive with this one as it is paired to your for PS3, it wont work unless you do this. This is very easy and no soldering is required.

Installation

The installation is not user friendly and requires disassembly of your for PS3 Slim and the disk drive.

Professional installation is recommended.
