1  Why do we have to choose a waterproof PC- board electronic lock,what is advantace? .

BQ Electronic Lock of the circuit board of the chip in a sealed state, the chip is not exposed to the air, and not prone to oxidation. The lock will have a waterproof, moisture-proof, anti-vibration function. The stability of the circuit operation, the lock is more stability during in the working.

2 Why do we have to choose the top quality chip and Texas Instruments MCU to develop our electronic Lock?

A:TI MSP430 MCU platform (Texas Instruments Inc ) is a excellent ultra-low-power 16-bit processor provides the ultimate solution,so our lock battery could used the 3-4Years.

B: Higher quality requirements, If the board after the end of the sealing process, any one chip, as the any quality problems caused by circuit board is not working properly, the board scrapped.If there is no strict requirements of quality, the workers in quality testing, component damage caused by lock does not work properly, they can be any of the repair and replacement. Once the product is sold to the customer's hands, the poor quality of the chip, oxidation, aging, it is easy to fail.

3 Which type battery using  and How long could used?If the power off, how to resolve?

A: Used the 4pcs Akaline batterise,it could 3-4 years.

B: When the lock power off before 1-2 week ,it have the e Low voltage alarm ,you just changed the new batterise is ok.

4 What type door could used the electronic lock and how about  door thickness?It is easy to install the lockset (Mortise)?

A: wooden door /Metal doors/galss door/Aluminum alloy doors all is ok. If the specail size ,we sill supply the speical service.

B:  Door thickness from the 20-55mm.Normally , we used the ANSI mortise and Euro mortise ,als could used the your own Mechanical lock body.

C:it is easy to installation. Electronic parts ,there are only 2pin line from the front and back panel, you just Drilling a circular hole,the siez is from the 1inch to 1 5/8inch,we also have supply the template to you .

5 How about Lock system software ? How to setting the lock management ?What is the advantage?

A:The software supports Windows operating system, WINXP, WIN7, WIN8 ect, using Access or SQL Server database.

B:During operation, there are step prompts. The operator will be able to learn how to operate within a very short period of time.,we also supply the User

C:The software function according to the different needs of the guests, to increase or decrease. For example, some Large Hotel they need add the Presidential Suite Rom function ;Guests enter the bar, restaurant need the Require authentication function ,some

7 How about the Lock /Accessories Warrantly ?

BQ Hotel Lock is under warranty of there (3) years replacement and free repair against defects/failures in materials/parts or workmanship. Warranty excluded abuse or excessive wear. Normal wear and tear like scratches and tarnishing is not considered a defect. During the three (3) years warranty covered: 1. If the lock problem can be determined by photos, "BQ" will send replacement materials/parts to the buyer at no charge; 2. If the lock problem cannot be determined by photos, the buyer shall send the materials/parts to "BQ"'s factory representative for repair/replacement, "BQ" will pay for the return freight only. "RFID Data Receiver" and "RFID Card Encoder" is entitled for "BQ" warranty of 1 (1)year replacement at no charge and three (3) years, free repair excluding cost of freight. Warranty excluded abuse or excessive wear. "Batteries in Holder" is under warranty against defects/failure in material (life-span of battery(s) should be up to 3 years) and workmanship. "BQ" will replace the "Batteries in Holder" at no charge. "BQ" shall not be liable for any loss or damages of battery(s) cause by extreme condition,such as water dripping or any man-made damages
