Introduction of enclosed flour sifter

There are two types of enclosed flour sifter, mono case enclosed flour sifter and twin enclosed flour sifter. Both can be used in flour production plant for final check to promote the quality of final product.

Application of mono case enclosed flour sifter

MFDC series mono case enclosed flour sifter utilized as a final check (security) sifter before flour is sent to flour storage or packing machine to ensure bran particles or particles bigger that flour particles are removed. Machine can also be used for corn, feed and rice industries.

Working principle of mono case enclosed flour sifter

The machine is composed of two main parts: the mild frame mounted with clamps for the flexible suspension rods, floor plates for mounting and the mild steel box section for the sieve frames with upper clamping by means of a metals frame and clamping pressure micrometric screws.

The drive unit with counter balance weight, with motor, pulley, v-belt is mounted under the cabinet box section, adjustable to suit different applications. Material is fed into the top section and by the machines circular motion, the fine material moves through the sieve mesh and is discharged out each sieve to outlets, while the course materials over tails and sent to separate outlets.

Features of mono case enclosed flour sifter

1. Enclosed mild steel box cabinet for greater flexibility of flow due to additional outer (4) channels.

2. Simple design allows easy maintenance.

3. Alum (Aluminium) style sieve inner frames, mesh cloth glued with frame fast and activator.

4. Outer sieves coated inside and outside with plastic melamine lamination and supplied with stainless steel trays.

5. Plan sifter doors made of fiberglass with a bright and smooth finish, with insulation to prevent condensation.

6. Supplied with outlets for discharge, including inlet and outlet socks and black plastic caps.

7. Easy and quick changing of sifting scheme if necessary.
