It could be applied to cut all kinds of rubber blocks and strips. It is good for cutting rubber tyre,

rail tyre, rubber strips etc.

Structure and work theory:

It consists of motor, hydraulic system, oil cylinder, a pair of knives, machine shelf and rotation

rotors.Work theory: the motor drives hydraulic system and oil cylinder, put the tyre between teo

knives, it will be fixed by a locking arms, then the knives will be driven by the movement of cyliner,

which makes the two knives form into a scissors, and cut the tyre further.

10-20 mesh: plastic runway,all kinds of field

30 mesh: insulation & waterproof materials, reclaimed rubber

40 mesh: waterproof membranes,carpet padding, stable mats
