SPE6060 screen stretcher is consisted by four 24”(60cm) wide single tons, one singe set can apply to any screen frames below 60x60cm ( external dimension) two sets combined can make all size screen frames below 48”x48” (120 x 120cm).

1. The rubber layering of this equipment is produced according to our company special mould standard, whose hardness is reasonable. The rubber layer is concave convex that makes the screen more closely.

2. The 60cm rubber layer is completed, without seams or butt joint. That ensure four sides tension in pulling the screen is equal.

3. Equipment rack is adopted advanced electrostatic spraying, spraying surface is smooth, uniform, bright and clear, corrosion resistance, resistant to wear, ensure all main parts never rust, more durable and easy to clean.

4. package is adopted high-strength corrugated five-layer export standard, with soft hard foam and three-ply board, all metal parts are separated by high-strength bubble film plate. Outer box adopts stretch film to recover the box, make sure the products safely and integrity, and make the transportation move safe and convenient.
