Purpose

We developed CSJ Miller to solve the front-in process of different kinds of material. The machine is suitable for the coarse comminution of all kinds of rubber, plastics, chemical and pharmaceutical materials.

Structure and principle

The machine, adopting excellent hard alloy steel or wearable steel as its blade, is durable and suitable for the coarse comminution of different types of hard material. With the rotary blade and fixed blade, the materials are cut into granules falling on the sieve. By adjusting the sieve, we can control the size of granules. The machine is equipped with cooling water system, so as to control the comminution temperature and guarantee the granule quality.

APPLICATION AND PROPERTIES

1. Strong Plastic Crusher Machine has wide application and is used for crushing and recycling various plastic products and old materials.

2. The entire machine is made of steel and features stable performance and long service life,and the machine performance won't be dropped by crushing materials after long term work.

3. Adopt heavy-load bearing and oil seal with noise-isolating board,effectively prevent vibration and assure to protect the product from oil.

4. Adopt electric control safe design,the motor is installed with overload protective device and power supply interlock protective design for assuring safety when cleaning.

5. The cutter is flexible and adjustable,and can be sharpened repeatedly with ultra long service life.

It is capable of easily crushing and cutting soft and hard plastic.

6. Combine separated design,the materials falling door and filter of crushing chamber are easily for disassembling and cleaning.The feet are installed with slide wheels with convenient movement.

About the operation. How many people will need and how to control this
whole system?

Zhenya's waste tire recycling system is totally automatic. We adopt Siemens PLC with
Schneider spare parts in it. Meanwhile, a whole plant-from waste tire to powder, roughly
9 people are needed:1 Plant Manager, 6 Operators per shift and 2 Maintenance Technicians
per shift.
