Dry Rubber Creper with Diesel Engine 

Working principle:

Rubber creper machine consists of front-and-rear roll, adjusting mechanism, frame, transmission mechanism, reducer, motor and base. Using of front-and-rear roll relative movement, so that to make rubber material to be flat and pull out water and sundries of rubber. At the same time, because speed dissimilarity of front roll and rear roll would knead and shred rubber material into granulating shape, bar shape and honeycomb shape; production capacity of rubber creper machine uses according to production line.

Function:

Rubber creper machine is main processing equipment and used for cleaning, thinning and flatting for natural standard rubber/scrap rubber production line. It can extrude water & sundries from rubber and flat rubber to creping piece which have a certain water and thickness and use for granulating.

The machine is used for dewatering and pressing the rubber material into crepe sheet. We can use one creper in family workshop and several in production line as well.
