Use:

The machine is to separate the fiber(20-24mesh) from rubber powder.

Principle:

The rubber powder from reserve tank can be brought into separaor by lifting device,

based on different weight of fiber and rubber powder, the rotating mechanism inside

the separator makes them separated from each other, and they can be got from

different discharge mechanism.

Introduction

XFJ-1100 Fiber Separator is an ideal air separation equipment, it is used for

separating fluff fiber mixed in rubber granules or powders to improve the purity

of the rubber powder and qualityof reclaimed rubber.It mainly consists of motor,

feeding pipe, big impeller, wind plate, disperse plate, adjusting plate, upper cylinder,

lower cone and machine frame, etc.

Structure and principle

1. According to different raw materials and content percentage of fiber, you could

change the upstream air volume by adjusting the wind blocking plate and also angle

of the big impeller without

shutting down the machine to get pure rubber granules and powder;

2.The machine works in low speed, adopting circulating air, no friction, durable, energy
