The BWHP40 intelligent hydraulic pressed machine is designed for processing the press pieces of diamond segments.The 

control system uses new industrial PLC man-machine interface technology,reliable,intuitive and easy to understand.It’s max pressure can up to 40 ton.

Features:

1. High precision ,reliable performance ,stable compressure and never stucking mould .

2. The machine specializes in pressing gang saw segment.(It can press six pieces at one time ,of course different segment needs to be matched with corresponding mould.) 

3. It uses positive displacement and designs automatic feeding.

4. The operation system uses touch screen ,intuitive,understandable and easily operation.

5. The machine can press four pieces per stroke.

6. Working pressure is controlled by pressure switch.
