Q2.How to Operate?

1) it’s really easy to operate.

2). Video will be sent to you. After you watch videos you can install this kind of machine by yourself.

3). Software! We use CorelDraw 9 or 12 to draw pattern, if you know how to use one of them, it would be great! If you did not know! Welcome to our class, we will show you how to draw it!

4). Hardware! Our machine is steady! It will work after 3 steps:

a. Install laser tube

b. Install water chiller

c. Power on

After trying one or two times, we are sure that you will agree with us, it is a piece of cake!

Q3.How Do I Know That I Have All The Goods I Ordered Before The Shipment?

Pictures will be sent to our clients for confirmation before the shipment.

There are two methods. Spare Parts ordered together with the machine, this is the safest way to transport. The other way is you can inform us when you need to replace the consumables,we will send them to you within 24 working hours.

Both ok, as long as your operating system is windows 2000, windows 7 or XP or vista, etc.
