ZQ 1000 reducer linkage way is coupling linkage, chain linkage or belt linkage. This machine structure is two-step & three-shaft cylindrical involute gear transmission; reducer box structure is split level closed way, good mechanical capability; tooth surface uses high-frequency quenching processing, working reliable, maintain easily.

  

ZQ 1000 reducer has some character as strong overload, impact resistance, small inertia force, long service life; apply to lifting frequency and positive-&-negative rotation.

  

 

 

Gear transmission circle speed of Reducer is less than 12m / s; high-speed shaft rotation speed is less than 1500r/min; reducer working temperature is  -40 to +40 ; reducer uses for positive and negative rotation.
