General
The grinding of Steam Jet Mill for Titanium Dioxide is achieved by using superheated steam as processing medium. The superheated steam is speeded up into high-velocity airflow that accelerates inter-particle collision of materials through annular supersonic nozzles. The ground materials will be classified by turbo air classifier, and then qualified powder will be collected by the posterior collecting system while the unqualified will be returned to grinding zone to be ground again. The steam in the whole system keeps superheated, and total dry processing is employed in producing.
