Shipping by air will be suitable for packages weight more than 100KG. And the customers should go to clear custom and take the package at the airport. Shipping by water is suitable large volume, it is not suitbale for small package as the local fees will be high.

1, What materials do you use for the ashtray?

Answer: Usually we offer FDA grade silicone for the ashtray, there are also platinum cured/medical grade silicone and LFGB approved silicone for choice.

2, Can you do glow in dark ashtrays?

Answer: Yes, but glow in dark is suitable for light colors silicone containers, it is good for dark colors ashtray.

3, Do you have other colors for the silicone ashtrays ?

Answer: Yes, we can customize the color according Pantone code. We can produce single color  and swirl colors .

4, Can you do private label on the portable ashtray?

Answer: Yes, we can print the logo on the ashtray or do embossed logo on the silicone ashtray. To print the logo, the MOQ is 1000pcs. To do embossed logo, there will be tooling fee.

5, What is your minimum order quantity?

Answer: Our MOQ is 1000pcs for each item each color, some items what we have in stock can be 

Ordered less than 1000pcs. You can email me to ask what we have in stock.

6, How do you pack the items ? Do you provide package with our own brand?

Answer: Usually the items will be packed by cartons We can customize the package according to your demands, please provide your package design, dimension to custom make the package.If you need know the MOQ and the package cost, please email us to inquirie that.

7, How do you ship the products?

Answer: We usually ship the products by express if the quantity is not large, for bulk volume, we can ship by water., we could ship the packages as you demanded. Express shipping will take about 7 days, shipping by water will take longer time, different time for different destination.

8, Can I get samples before placing order? How to get the samples?

Answer: Yes, we can send you samples, you just pay shipping cost by express, we will ship the samples via express.

9, How can we pay for the order?

Answer: You can choose T/T, Paypal or Western Union, there will be handling fee if you choose paypal for payment.
