We accept TT for big order, but if you have specific requirements, yes, we will try our best to meet your requirements. And for the  sample, we accept PAYPAL, WESTERN UNION or other methods of payment.

We provide free stocking sample, but if you need  customize the goods, you should pay for the sample cost and the freight. And we aacept the sample change before ordering, but the sample cost will not be refunded if caused bt the customers.

 

  2.Samall quantities

 

We will still get the information back to you even though your quantities is samaller than our MOQ, and we will try our best to help you to get the goods as long as you send us an email.

 

3.Lead time

 

We will keep our promise to make sure the cargos can be arrived on time just like we promised in the range on controling.

 

4. Sample cost

 

The sample cost will be refund after order if the design without change, but we also accept that the design was changed before order, but the sample cost will not be refunded.

 

5.Policy for the cargos are not arrived on time

 

A. If the cargos were not arrrived on time because of the production, we will refund some money.

 

B.If the cargos were not arrived on time because the transportation was delayed, we will give you 2% cut off when you place an order next time.

 

C.If the cargos were not arrived on time because of the forwarder on the customer's side, we will send some presents when you place an order next time.

1. Do you have MOQ?

 

For ordinary dance ribbons, 4m and 6m, 11 colors, we have many stocks. We do not have MOQ. You can even buy 1pcs.

 

But if customized products with special color and printing, MOQ is 5000 pcs.

 

 

2. Do you provide free samples?

 

Yes, for stocking products, we give 1-3 pcs for free as samples. But customer will pay for the freight.

 

 

3. Can we print our own LOGO on the package?

 

Yes, we will give exact quotation according to your design.

 

4. Have you exported to European before? Are the products are eco-friendly?

 

Yes, our main market is Europe and USA. Our products can pass EN71 tests.
