This kind of wood chip dryer is mainly used to prepare suitable moisture raw material for pelletizing . For pellet press, it is only to control the moisture of raw material at a reasonable range that can make good result of pellet press. Or the pellets will be broken because of too loose or too dry.

1. YGHJ Series Single Stove Wood Chip Dryer

The Moisture reducing rate of the dryer YGHJ series is 8-12%. This wood chip dryer is equipped with one hot air boiler, it is suitable for drying raw material with moisture content less than 20-25%.If the moisture content of the raw material is higher than that, it will need several times of drying to achieve the requested moisture content for pelletizing .

2. YGHJ Series Double Stove Wood Chip Dryer

This double stove wood chip dryer is a newly developed air flow dryer with two hot air boilers, it is suitable for drying raw material with moisture content of 20% -50%, it can reduce moisture from 20%-50% to 8-12% via only one passage.
