High quality four toothed roll crusher machine from Yugong Factory

This crusher is equipped with four wear resistant high manganese alloy rollers, usually the top two rollers are toothed rollers, and the lower two rollers are welding rollers. The top two rollers rotate relatively to get materials into the crusher and then crush them. The stone are extruded and squeezed by the pressure produced from the rotation of the two rollers.  From the top two rollers to the lower two rollers, the raw material go through two stage grinding. There are two motors to power each two roller.  This machine is designed to improve crushing efficiency, save more power and reduce cost.  It is very efficient in medium and fine crushing.

Four toothed roll crusher is mainly used for secondary or fine crushing of medium hard or soft particle materials with few powder less than 30% humidity within 200Mpa, such as coal, coke, fertilizer raw materials, petroleumcoke, glass, chemicals and other solid materials.
