For samples, can be by express of DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, HKDC at the buyer convenience, by Economic express to save the buyer cost or by Intl priority to shorten the transit time at the buyer request.

For mass order delivery, can be optional with terms of Exwork, FOB, CNF, CIF by air or by sea based on the buyer forwarder or our recommended local forwarder at the buyer convenience.

2.If you can't check out immediately after auction close, please wait for a few minutes and retry. Payments must be completed within 3 days.

1. WORLDWIDE SHIPPING. (Except for some countries and APO/FPO)

3. We only ship to confirmed order addresses. Your order address MUST MATCH with your Shipping address.

For some countries , it only takes 3-7days working days; Air Mail takes about 10-25days to arrive to most countries but for some countries, such as Brazil, Russia,Turkey, it takes more time because of the local post office and customs. 5. SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday seasons.

6. If you have not received your shipment within 30 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer’s satisfaction!

7. Due to stock status and time difference factors , we will choose to ship your item from our first available warehouse for fast delivery.

Return Policy:

1. Refunds are only offered for defective products reported within 7 days upon receipt.

2. All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason of return, and your po#.

3. We will replace a new item if it is really defective within 14 days.

4. Buyer is required to pay for his own postage fees when returning the item. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable at any case.

5. Please contact us first by email before returning your item. Returned item must be in new condition with all the accessories.

6. All warranties do not cover the damage due to misuse or compatibility.

Warranty and Guarantee:

2. If item are not satisfactory when you receive , please return it within 14 days, we will replace a new one or return money to you. Please contact us before returning.

3. If the item is defective after 3 months, we can still accept returning. A new one will be sent to you after we receive the defective item, but you have to pay the extra shipping fee.
