Heating System

1set: RIELLO G20 Diesel burner,

max baking temperature is 80°C. Stainless steel heat exchanger, 

with anti-explosion hole for protection, electric damper from spraying to baking cycle.

Filter System

Dual filtering structure, 

the primary filter can capture granules larger than 10μm. 

Ceiling filter can capture granules bigger than 4μm.

Its filtering rate reaches 98%. Air pressure balance gauge, TSP≤1.4mg/m3

floor filter(fiberglass filter).

Control System

Lighting switch, spraying, heat spraying, baking, temperature controller,

time setting, emergency stop, temperature limit controller.
