Column and guide rail of this machine are integrated, grinding head is steady and processing precision is high. This machine adopts concealed structure of grinding head motor; the configuration is elegant and natural.
Transverse movement adopts double V type; longitudinal is a assembly of one V type and one parallel guide rail, which has well guiding quality, little friction force, flexible movement. This kind of structure has higher steadiness and precision retentivity.
Longitudinal movement of worktable of machine adopts hydraulic nonpolar transmission and also can be transmitted by hand wheel. Transverse movement of worktable not only can be transmitted by motor, but also by hand wheel (use clutch gear to realize the interlocking of manual and power). Elevation and ascendance of wheel are controlled by hand wheel. Productivity efficiency is high.
Spindle adopts Japanese P4-grade precision bearing which processes high turning precision, steady running, low noise and high processing surface quality, the surface roughness is less than Ra0.63.
Transverse logical control adopts programmable controller to realize transverse automatic feed of machine by combining with stepping motor.
Automatic and periodic oil supply of lubricating system.
Automatic feed realizes non-contact output and can suitable fort frequent feed and inverting of small work piece. Reliability is high
Magnetizing and demagnetizing controller realizes non-contact output and able to suit for frequent magnetization and demagnetization within very short time as to avoid damaging and distorting the electromagnetic chuck or work piece, and ensuring the precision of work piece.
