Our warranty is 12 months, if any parts damaged in this period, we can send the free parts for you.

Q4. Any technical guidance for the installation?

We can provide the English installing instruction and videos for you, if you need, we also can send engineer to your country to help you install. But you're responsible for accommodation and $80 salary per day.

Q5. Can our amusement rides be customized in the color, size and so on according our requests?
