Manual stressing jack is a specialized machine for prestressing engineering. It can be applied both to pre-tension and post-tension project. Using different models, you can simultaneously stretch a bunch of 2 to 22 strands. The nominal tensile force is 65t up to 1000t.
Our YDC series stressing jack is a product by our independent research and development. After tens of years’ improvement, it is compact in size, smooth and steady while working, and very reliable in leak tightness and service life.
The stressing jack is powered by our ZB series high-pressure electric oil pump.
The manual stressing jack is suitable for 0.4" and 0.5" PC strands.

1. Considering the loss of tensile force by resistance, the stressing jack outputs about 95% of nominal tensile force. If the jack needs strict and continuous working, we recommend higher nominal tensile force than the load, by about 20%.
2. The diameter of center hole shall be 17mm larger than the outer circle of taper holes.
3. In order for your convenience, we made a table of model selection for stretching 1860Mpa Ø15.24mm strands at 0.85Fptk tensile force.
1. Preparing | |
| 1. Clean the rust on the strands; 2. Install the working anchor; 3. Install the grippers and tighten them. |
2. Install the stressing jack and tooling anchor | |
| 1. Install the spacing ring; 2. Install the stressing jack, and connect it to the oil pump; 3. Install the tooling anchor and grippers. |
3. Stressing | |
| 1. Pre-tension the strands and record the initial data; 2. Adjust the position of the stressing jack and let it coaxial with the anchor; 3. Feeding oil to the jack until the pressure rises to set data; 4. Measure the elongation of the strands and record the process. |
4. Anchoring | |
| 1. Slowly open the stop valve of feeding circuit, the cylinder will return and the grippers will grasp the strands; 2. Close the stop valve of returning circuit, return the oil to the tank; 3. Remove the grippers, tooling anchor, stressing jack and the spacing ring. |
5. Seal the anchor. | |
| 1. Cut the strands at 50mm from the anchor, and seal the anchor with concrete; 2. Grout the duct with mortar within 48h; 3. Smoothen the end with concrete. |
