PTC heating material consists of the polymer of semiconductor nanometer exothermic material and Organic polymer thermistor materials (PTC material). Its heating principle is that the electric energy stimulates the nanometer exothermic material in the PTC material to move and then heat.

And the function of PTC material is to automatically increase the resistance of the heating element and then decrease the power when the temperature rises.

The PTC electric blanket can adjust the temperature by the homogeneous polymer of PTC material, which used to produce the probe and the nanometer exothermic material instead of the one or more temperature probes. It seems that the temperature probe is placed everywhere. Thus can realize fast heating, flexible adjustment, automatically control temperature. It is similar to high-end "frequency conversion technology", which is not owned by other electric blanket. This technology completely has solved the temperature overheat problem, which is the most fatal and biggest technology bottleneck.
