FEATURE: In grain and pulse cleaning units; separates stone and other materials that have more density than the product.

 

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION:

The corns to be cleaned and separated from the stone are poured down continuously over the sieve.Through the air sucked from overhead, the grains are floated and moved over the sieve. Relatively heavypieces keep standing on the sieve. Through the harmonic movement of the sieve, these heavy pieces are pushed to the upper side. Stones go out through the single outlet in the front and stone-free grains go out through the double-outlet in the back. According to the product type, the quantity of air is adjusted with the air-adjustment clacks. The slope of the tray is also set according to the product type. As standard, it is adjusted for the wheat.
