A: The MOQ is different as per different products, for example, 1000pcs for stainless steel cookware.

Q: Can you accept small quantity sample order before production?
A: Yes, we can offer sample for your testing first before production.

Q: What is your production time?
A: After order and details confirmed, we need 45 days for stainless steel cookware , just take some days more for the first order.

Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We accept T/T, L/C for big amount, and Paypal, Western Union for small amount.

Q: Do you have any warranty?
A: Yes, we offer free spare parts to OEM production order in one year for replacing broken one. And we offer cost-price on all spare parts for all the life.
