Air Purification System (Electrostatic) for exhaust gas from Heat Setting Machine from textile dying industry;

 

The waste air from the textile printing and dying industry contains aldehyde, ketong, hydrocarbon, fatty acid, ester, lactone, heterocyclic compound, all these chemicals are harmful to the health of the plate workers and infectant to the environment.

 

The purifier cleans the waste air, helps keep the air fresh in the workshop and eventually, protect the workers.

 

When oil mist and dust pass through the high-voltage field, the electrified motes are separated and collected by the collecting board (anode), by this way, the dirts in the air are removed.
